I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2005 and with over 16 years experience I have an extensive knowledge of the industry. I believe that professionalism, empathy and integrity are the pillars on which to build a successful relationship. I have attended various training courses and have managed and trained and mentored numerous Real Estate Professionals over the years. I am also a registered Assessor and have completed my NQF 4 & 5. I joined the Wilderness market with 10 years experience in the Sedgefield and Knysna market. Having opened the Sotheby's International Realty Sedgefield branch and managed the four Sotheby's International Realty branches in Knysna at the time and the Sedgefield branch and combined with my successful sales record in exclusive areas like Leisure Isle, Thesen Islands, Pezula to name a few. This has given me a well rounded perspective of the property market. Working in the Wilderness area for over six years successfully with 90% of the sales concluded from Exclusive Mandates. I have built up a substantial Personal Sales network. This is a competitive industry which requires a high level of professionalism & knowledge and I am very aware that I must have an advanced set of skills in order to effectively lead, manage, plan, market and train in the Real Estate Industry. My thirst for knowledge has been an added advantage as I am constantly researching and keeping myself up to date on the current state of the market, new methods of marketing and promoting my clients properties and ways to improve customer service. Where there are gaps in my knowledge, I research and try to ensure that these gaps are plugged quickly and effectively. I am well aware that I will never know everything and that I will have to constantly learn in order to grow and that regardless of age or experience that learning never ends and growth is limitless. I take the responsibility of pairing my Buyers and Sellers and marketing my clients properties very seriously. My professional team is also very important to me and we are known to go above and beyond the call of duty for our clients. Real Estate is a very personal thing for me and my relationship with my clients extremely valuable.? I have built up a strong network and positive reputation in the Wilderness & Hoekwil area and often help clients also purchase or sell their properties in George and Sedgefield as well. My love for the people and the area makes me passionate about what I do and in supporting the community and is why I am successful at what I do.
